We’re still buzzing from our recent fundraiser with the Hollywood Theatre. A big-hearted crowd came out to celebrate community, enjoy a great film (The Matrix!), and empower Cultivate Initiative’s work. Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket and showed up, helping raise vital support for our work.
Our deepest gratitude to the Hollywood Theatre team for opening their doors (and their hearts) to our neighbors. Partnerships like this turn generosity into real-world change: more showers and hygiene access, job pathways, and people moving into safe, stable housing.

Farewell to Hannah and Warm Welcome to Kara
We’re cheering on Hannah, our beloved Director of Programs & Initiatives as she begins a new chapter in Montana. Her fingerprints are on so much of what makes Cultivate Initiatives special. We’ll miss her presence and we appreciate her more than she could ever know. Thank you, Hannah, for your heart, grit, and the countless ways you’ve shown up for our neighbors.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Kara as our new Workforce Development Director. Since joining Cultivate Initiatives last year, Kara has been a steady, inventive leader. She brings real talent and a clear commitment to building pathways to work and housing.
