Intern Program Update
➡️ We’re hitting pause—so we can go deeper.
Exciting updates are coming to our Intern Program this summer, including more dedicated skills training and development.
With over 500 neighbors on our waitlist, we’re pausing new enrollments for now so we can focus on those already in the process and ready to begin.
👉 The last day to sign up is Monday, March 30.
This allows us to prioritize those who have been waiting and ensure each person receives the support and opportunity they deserve.
👉 New enrollments will start again in July 2026.
➡️ Current interns and orientations will continue as planned.

Program impact this year:
• 107 interns completed the program
• 80 transitioned into Employment Pathways
• 13 advanced into trainee/apprentice roles
• 59 interns secured employment
